Building Our Foundation

We don’t have dogs to introduce you to yet—and that’s intentional. We’re in the process of selecting our foundation dogs, and we’re not rushing this decision.

What We’re Looking For

We’re evaluating breeders and specific breeding pairs across multiple states, looking for:

Health & Genetics

Complete OFA clearances and genetic testing on parents
Low coefficient of inbreeding
Proven health and longevity in bloodlines

Temperament

Stable, confident, friendly personalities
Sound with children and other dogs
Trainable and eager to please

Genetic Diversity

Different bloodlines to maximize outcrossing
Contribution to our overall breeding strategy

We expect to bring home our first foundation female in 2025-2026, with additional dogs acquired over the following 12-24 months.
